St. Matt’s shuttle

Mission Statement: St. Matthew's is witnessing to the community that we are a caring congregation by providing free transportation for those in need.

The St. Matthew's Shuttle operates each Thursday from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Free transportation is provided from the Homeward Bound Shelter to the Day Center at 3rd and Pitkin. Rides are available throughout the morning to other locations such as Social Security, Human Services, Job Service Work Force, medical and dental services. The Shuttle also provides rides to and from Walmart for the residents of St. Martin's and St. Benedict's for grocery shopping.

This Ministry is made possible by volunteers. At present, service is available on Thursdays only. It is hoped that with more volunteers the Ministry can resume the service on two days a week. If you are interested in volunteering , please contact Linda Jameson at 970-255-1679 or email barclaylindaj@gmail.com.
