The Creation Care Team meets monthly on the 2nd Sunday from 11:15 to 12:15 in the library room. We have compiled two lists of environmental concerns we would like to address in both our church and in our community. These action items include issues and projects around recycling, care of our rivers and woodlands, declining biodiversity and care of all animals. Please join us on October 12th for a discussion about exactly WHAT Creation Care means spiritually for us as the Body of Christ. We chose the book “How Can I Care for Creation?” by Stephanie McDyre Johnson as our guide. If you would like a copy of the book, there are still three available in the church office. Cost is $15.
